Circa 1907 Vintage Political Real Photograph Postcard; Depiction of a man dressed in a decorated suit and carrying a US American parade flag.  Title in negative reads; "GOVE'NOR BROWN - SHAW DID IT".  (Possibly this refers to L. M. Shaw who was Governor of Iowa before serving as Secretary of State under President T. Roosevelt ?) Ottumwa, Iowa postmark on the reverse with old postage, written message.  Condition: light toning and soiling, occasional dings, scuffs, and edge wear.  Please see photos for additional condition review.  Questions welcome!
